What You'll Do

As a UC Contact Center Agent I, you'll support patients, providers, and clinical teams by managing a variety of requests with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient inquiries received by phone, the electronic medical record (EMR) patient portal, the LifeBridge Health website, and other communication channels.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments for designated provider practices and departments.
  • Process prescription refill requests and route messages according to established protocols.

What You'll Bring

Education

  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience requiring specialized knowledge.

Experience

  • One to three years of customer service, contact center, medical office, scheduling, or healthcare-related experience.
