Accountabilities:

As a Creative Producer - Mobile, you will lead the development of creative strategies, production systems, and experimentation frameworks that drive user acquisition and business growth. You will combine creative expertise, AI-powered workflows, and performance insights to produce impactful marketing assets at scale.

  • Build and optimize creative production systems, including templates, workflows, mood boards, and AI-powered processes that enable rapid content creation.
  • Develop high-quality static and video assets for paid acquisition campaigns using modern creative tools and generative AI platforms.
  • Create and manage creative testing programs across channels such as Meta, Google, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
  • Establish structured experimentation roadmaps with clear testing goals, learning cycles, and performance evaluation methods.
  • Analyze campaign results and identify creative patterns that improve acquisition performance and user engagement.
  • Research market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behaviors to generate new creative concepts and testing opportunities.
  • Partner closely with performance marketing, design, and analytics teams to scale successful campaigns.
  • Improve creative operations through automation, reusable frameworks, and efficient production pipelines.
  • Maintain a high creative quality standard while ensuring every asset is aligned with measurable business outcomes.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a creative growth professional with strong experience in performance marketing, visual storytelling, and AI-powered content creation. You should be comfortable balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making and building scalable systems in a fast-moving environment.

  • 5+ years of experience in performance creative, creative strategy, art direction, growth marketing, or design roles within high-growth consumer or technology companies.
  • Strong experience using generative AI tools for image and video creation and building repeatable creative workflows.
  • Proven experience creating successful paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, or similar channels.
  • Experience using creative performance analytics tools and interpreting campaign data to optimize results.
  • Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, performance marketing, and growth optimization.
  • Advanced proficiency with design and creative tools such as Figma, CapCut, Adobe Suite, and modern AI creative platforms.
  • Exceptional visual taste with the ability to maintain brand quality while moving quickly.
  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology, storytelling, and what drives effective marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical and structured mindset with the ability to turn performance insights into creative improvements.
  • Self-driven builder who can independently move projects from concept through execution.
  • Passion for AI, consumer products, creative innovation, and emerging technologies is highly valued.
