About the Role:

The Project Coordinator at Middle Street Partners LLC will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of various projects by facilitating communication and collaboration among team members. This position is responsible for maintaining project schedules, managing resources, and ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within budget. The Project Coordinator will also be tasked with tracking project progress and preparing reports for stakeholders to keep them informed of developments. By effectively managing change orders and project plans, the coordinator will help mitigate risks and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
  • Experience with project management software beyond Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage project documentation, including change orders and project plans.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
