Especialista de TI (Desenvolvedor(a) SAP Full-Stack)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Especialista de TI (Desenvolvedor(a) SAP Full-Stack) based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end SAP application development within a highly collaborative and product-oriented environment.
You will contribute to building scalable and modern enterprise solutions leveraging SAP’s latest technologies across backend and frontend layers.
The position plays a key role in translating complex business requirements into robust, high-performance SAP applications.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile setup, ensuring continuous delivery and alignment with business needs.

You will be part of a team focused on innovation, operational stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems.
This is a hands-on role where your contributions directly support global industrial operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Accountabilities:

Design, develop, and implement end-to-end SAP applications using ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) for backend services and Fiori Elements / Free-Style for frontend development.

  • Build and maintain solutions across SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, ensuring adherence to Clean Core principles.
  • Develop and support technical components including CDS Views, AMDP, OData services (V2/V4), ABAP OO, IDoc processing, and web services (SOAP/REST).
  • Create and maintain Adobe Forms and support Output Management processes within SAP environments.
  • Collaborate closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, system performance, and application stability throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, DevOps pipelines, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous delivery practices.
Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.

  • Advanced English proficiency for collaboration in global environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP development technologies, including CDS Views, AMDP, OData, ABAP OO, IDocs, SOAP/REST services, and ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC).
  • Experience developing applications using ABAP RAP and SAP Fiori (Elements and/or Free-Style).
  • Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and Clean Core architecture principles.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
  • Familiarity with SAP extensibility concepts and user-exit / key-user extension frameworks is a plus.
  • Exposure to Git-based development workflows and version control practices.
  • Strong analytical thinking, collaboration skills, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with SAP integration patterns and enterprise application architecture is a differential.
