Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the ruminant, dairy, or related agricultural industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth, expanding accounts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to build, develop, and maintain strategic customer relationships at senior decision-making levels.
  • Deep understanding of dairy production systems, feed manufacturing, or agricultural supply chain business models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong overall digital literacy for reporting and account management.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-autonomy, field-based sales role.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and performance.
  • Fully remote position based in the United States (PST/MST regions preferred).
  • Performance-based incentives tied to sales results and business growth.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement savings plan options.
  • Paid time off and flexible work arrangements.
  • Company-supported travel for customer engagement and business development.
  • Opportunity to work with leading agricultural brands and impactful dairy nutrition solutions.
  • Collaborative, innovation-driven environment focused on long-term customer success.
