Operator Assistant

Entry Level — Field Operations & Basic Maintenance

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties of Equipment Operator include but are not limited to—

Key Responsibilities:

– Perform manual labor as needed, including shoveling sand and cleaning polymer equipment to optimize efficiency.

– Operate specialized equipment in a safe and efficient manner, following company guidelines and best practices.

– Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

– Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

– Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by always adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

– Promote a safety-conscious culture within the team.

– Assist with rigging up and rigging down equipment, which may involve physical labor and manual tasks.

– Be willing and flexible to travel to various locations as required by the job.

– Work on a schedule of two weeks on and one week off, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

– Performs other duties as directed by the Field Operations Manager(s) and Sr. Operations Manager.

Requirements:

– Able to read, speak and write English.

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Relevant technical certifications or coursework is a plus.

– Able to work under stressful conditions at times.

– Must be able and willing to work long hours and weekly schedules that are not uniform on a day-to-day basis.

o Anticipated 14 on/7 off schedule, but willing to be flexible based on project schedules.

– Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

– Previous Frac experience in equipment operation and maintenance is preferred. (Blender and Chem Add)

– Knowledge of Frac Fleet Operations and Frac Designs preferred.

– Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

– Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

– May be required to walk for long distances, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, climb or balance to reach high places.

– Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. to meet the needs of the company and its customers.

– Must be willing to travel and work in different environments.

– Specific vision abilities required include depth perception with the ability to focus.

– Close vision is needed to work on the computer system.

– Must possess good hearing as needed for work and safety compliance.

o Noise level could be moderate to very loud.

– Occasionally required to work near moving mechanical parts and equipment.

– Extensive travel to and from projects and various field assignments is required.

– Strong work ethics of integrity and honesty striving for excellence in all activities employing accompanying communication.

– Dependable, reliable, and capable of fulfilling responsibilities.

COMPENSATION:

– Total Annual Pay: ~$65,000 per year

o Pay will be dependent upon related work history.
