What You'll Do
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers seeking pest control services. Your role is to understand each customer's needs, recommend the right solution, and confidently guide them through the decision-making process.
Responsibilities Include:
- Respond promptly to inbound phone calls and online inquiries.
- Build trust and rapport with prospective customers.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer's needs.
- Recommend the most appropriate pest control service plan.
- Clearly explain our services, pricing, warranties, and value.
- Professionally overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first conversation through the close.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM.
- Coordinate with our operations team to ensure a seamless transition from the sale to service.
- Follow up with prospective customers until a buying decision is reached.

Compensation
Base Salary: $40,000–$60,000, depending on experience.
In addition, you'll participate in our monthly performance bonus program based on your individual closing percentage.
Successful representatives can earn up to an additional $1,500 per month in monthly performance bonuses.
Top-performing representatives have the opportunity to earn $80,000 or more during their first year.
The better you perform, the more you earn.
Training & Support
No prior pest control experience is required.
We'll provide comprehensive training on:
- Our services and treatment programs.
- Our proven sales process.
- Our CRM and technology platform.
- Best practices for converting inbound inquiries into satisfied customers.
Our goal is to give you every tool you need to become successful.
Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Some flexibility may be required based on business needs.
- Occasional Saturday availability is required.
