We are currently recruiting a SHEQ Manager to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working towardcommon goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and monitoring of SHEQ compliance across multiple projects/assets.
- Develop and review SHEQ procedures, emergency plans, and training programs.
- Supervise SHEQ documentation and reporting, ensuring regulatory and corporate compliance.
- Coordinate and guide annual SHEQ plans, objectives, and improvement projects.
- Advise on risk identification, prevention, and mitigation for all business areas.
- Oversee contractor management regarding SHEQ measures and compliance.
- Lead responses to audits, inspections, and regulatory requests.
- Mentor junior SHEQ professionals.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or similar.
- Postgraduate studies or advanced certifications in SHEQ preferred.
- 6–8 years of SHEQ experience, ideally in corporate or field technician roles.
- Advanced knowledge of SHEQ compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and SHEQ reporting systems.
- Experience in the power/chemical sector desirable.
- SHEQ technical leader and mentor.
- Strong communication, training, and risk management skills.
- Highly organized and detail-driven.
- Committed to safety culture and operational excellence.
