Accountabilities:
  • Manage and grow complex client relationships, acting as a key point of contact to support retention, expansion, and new business opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Relationship Managers and support staff to enhance performance, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Oversee operational, administrative, and risk management activities while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Contribute to revenue generation efforts through client engagement, cross-selling opportunities, and strategic relationship development.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
  • Participate in strategic planning and represent the unit in enterprise-wide initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Manage staffing decisions, performance evaluations, compensation recommendations, and employee development initiatives.
  • Monitor risk exposure and ensure timely escalation and resolution of operational or compliance-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience totaling at least 9 years.
  • At least 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience in a financial services or related environment.
  • Strong client relationship management and customer service capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities in complex environments.
  • Experience in resource management, team leadership, and performance development.
  • Proficiency with business software tools such as spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation platforms.
  • Preferred: Certified Corporate Trust Specialist certification and project management experience.
