Job Description

Office Supervisor

Position Summary

Establishes and maintains an efficient clerical department.

Primary Position Responsibilities

1. Supervision and management of clerical staff

2. Proficient in all clerical and Patient Service Representative responsibilities

3. Functions as a Patient Service Representative

4. Functions as an administrator in absence of Manager/Director

5. Works with Central Billing office to provide efficient, cohesive team

6. Conducts monthly meetings

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

Required:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred:

None


Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation):

Required:

1-2 years of front end medical office experience.

Preferred:

3-5 years of front end medical office experience
or Management/supervising experience of at least 1 year


License, Registry or Certification:

Required:

None

Preferred:

None


Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:

Required:

Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, multi-tasking skills, telephone etiquette

Preferred:

Knowledge of general office equipment
