- Serve as a strategic financial advisor to privately held business owners, supporting them in improving financial performance, cash flow management, and profitability growth.

- Support clients in transaction-related activities, including business valuation, acquisitions, and exit/succession planning.
- Build and manage a portfolio of multiple clients simultaneously while delivering high-impact CFO-level insights.
- Apply structured methodologies and training frameworks to identify opportunities for value creation and operational improvement across client businesses.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or equivalent senior financial leadership role within privately held companies in the United States.
- At least 15 years of overall professional experience after completing formal education.
- Strong track record of improving financial performance, securing funding, and driving business growth initiatives.
- Deep understanding of financial systems, strategic planning, and business valuation principles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills, with the ability to influence business owners and executive stakeholders.
