- Partner with Account Executives throughout the full sales cycle to qualify opportunities, run technical evaluations, and drive expansion within existing customer accounts.
- Lead deep technical discussions with engineers, architects, and technical leaders to understand system architecture, constraints, and business requirements.
- Design and deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concept solutions that demonstrate how the platform solves real-world orchestration and distributed systems challenges.
- Support customer onboarding and adoption through technical enablement sessions and best-practice guidance for scalable implementation.
- Create reusable technical assets, templates, and reference architectures to accelerate sales cycles and improve team efficiency.
- Act as a technical advisor internally, enabling sales teams on product fundamentals, positioning, and qualification strategies.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Developer Success teams to relay customer insights and influence product direction.
- Manage multiple concurrent prospects and customers, balancing urgent deal support with long-term strategic account development.
- Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience in at least one modern programming language such as Go, Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems principles, including reliability, fault tolerance, scalability, and observability.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales Engineer within a SaaS or developer-focused company.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with cloud-native architectures and familiarity with modern infrastructure environments.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments with strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Enthusiasm for AI, orchestration systems, and emerging technologies such as LLM-powered or agentic workflows.
- Bonus: experience with workflow engines, event-driven systems, or platforms such as Temporal, Cadence, Kafka, or similar technologies.
- Competitive base salary with variable compensation and equity participation.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with full premium coverage for employees.
- Unlimited PTO plus paid holidays and additional floating holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions.
- Remote-first flexibility with occasional travel for team gatherings and company events.
- Annual allowances for home office setup, internet reimbursement, wellness, and professional development.
- Learning and development support, including access to training, certifications, and professional memberships.
- Strong engineering-driven culture with opportunities to work on cutting-edge distributed systems technology.
