This is a highly collaborative position with visibility across leadership levels and strategic initiatives.

Accountabilities:

  • Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations to identify risks, dependencies, and adoption challenges.
  • Design and implement communication plans that clearly articulate change objectives, benefits, and progress across stakeholder groups.
  • Partner closely with project and program managers to integrate change activities into broader delivery plans.
  • Create and deliver training, coaching, and reinforcement strategies to support sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
  • Identify and manage resistance by engaging leaders and teams to address concerns and build alignment.
  • Define success metrics and track adoption, engagement, and change sustainability over time.
  • Provide guidance to leaders and people managers to reinforce behaviors and ensure consistent change adoption.
  • Prepare executive-level updates, reports, and presentations on progress, risks, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–7+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or program/project management roles.
  • Proven experience supporting or leading large-scale transformation initiatives such as system implementations, process redesign, or organizational change.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or Lewin.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to influence, coach, and support senior leaders and people managers through complex change.
  • Experience working in agile, hybrid, or enterprise-scale environments is strongly preferred.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is considered an asset.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range aligned with experience and local market standards: $85,300 – $135,300 CAD.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, mental health, disability, and life insurance coverage.
  • Retirement savings plans with employer contributions and additional investment opportunities.
  • Paid time off including vacation, personal days, sick leave, and statutory holidays.
  • Flexible remote work arrangement supporting work-life balance and autonomy.
  • Employee assistance programs and resources for financial, wellness, and family support.
  • Learning and development opportunities within a global, transformation-focused environment.
  • Inclusive and flexible culture that prioritizes well-being and professional growth.
