This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HR Systems & Operations Specialist (LTG) based in India.
This role is central to enabling a modern, data-driven, and efficient HR function across a global organisation. You will act as the backbone of HR systems, analytics, and operational processes, ensuring workforce data is accurate, accessible, and actionable. Working across HRIS platforms, LMS systems, reporting tools, and payroll interfaces, you will help streamline HR delivery and improve decision-making across the business. The role combines hands-on system administration with analytical depth, requiring both technical precision and strong operational judgment. You will partner closely with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to improve processes, governance, and reporting consistency. This is a high-impact position where your work directly enhances HR scalability, compliance, and strategic effectiveness in a fast-moving, global environment.
In this role, you will oversee HR systems, workforce data, reporting, and operational processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the HR function.
- Administer and maintain core HR systems (including ADP, HRIS platforms, and LMS tools), ensuring smooth daily operations, user access, and system reliability
- Configure and optimise workflows, permissions, integrations, and system enhancements to improve HR service delivery
- Manage HR data integrity through validation, audits, reconciliation, and governance controls across all HR platforms
- Build and maintain workforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support HR, leadership, and business decision-making
- Translate workforce data into actionable insights, supporting reporting for headcount, attrition, performance, and compliance metrics
- Support automation of recurring reporting and HR processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Oversee LMS administration, including training assignments, user management, compliance tracking, and learning reporting
- Support payroll coordination, vendor engagement, and data validation to ensure accurate payroll processing and reporting
- Maintain HR process documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks to ensure standardisation and compliance
- Contribute to HR programme execution (performance cycles, engagement surveys, workforce planning, annual people processes)
You bring strong experience in HR systems, analytics, and HR operations within complex, data-driven environments, along with the ability to manage both technical systems and stakeholder needs.
- Experience in HR systems, HRIS administration, workforce reporting, or HR operations in a multi-country or complex organisation
- Hands-on experience with HR platforms such as ADP or similar HCM systems
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, reporting, validation, and manipulation
- Experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms
- Understanding of HR data governance, data quality management, and reporting standards
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting
- Ability to interpret workforce data and translate it into clear insights for business stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with payroll processes, vendor coordination, or HR service management tools is an advantage
