Registered Nurse (RN II) - Med Surg

Med Surg 2nd Floor North- RN- Full Time / Days

Work location: Texas Health Alliance: 10864 Texas Health Trail Fort Worth, TX 76244

Work hours: Full Time (36 Hour) Day Shift; 0645-1915 x3 shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays

Here's What You Need

Education
  • Nursing Diploma (nursing) required Or
  • Associate's Degree Nursing required Or
  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred


Experience
  • 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
  • 2+ years of acute care Med/ Surg Tele RN experience preferred


Licenses and Certifications
  • RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required And
  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required And
  • CPI- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 90 days required And
  • ACLS- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (charge only) 90 days required
