The role focuses on building and optimizing go-to-market systems through automation, AI-powered workflows, and scalable technology solutions that drive business growth.
- Architect, build, and scale GTM systems across sales, marketing, and product functions.
- Develop and manage AI agents and intelligent workflows that automate key parts of the customer acquisition and retention lifecycle.
- Integrate and optimize tools such as CRM platforms, automation systems, and business applications into unified operational workflows.
- Transform product and user data into actionable insights and growth opportunities.
- Build automated processes including lead scoring, lead routing, outbound triggers, onboarding workflows, and customer engagement systems.
- Define and implement effective AI usage strategies across the entire customer journey.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design technology solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies, experiments, priorities, and business initiatives.
- Create systems that can evolve and expand across different areas of the organization.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a highly autonomous systems thinker who combines technical skills with business understanding and a strong focus on measurable impact.
- Proven experience building and owning systems that directly influenced growth, revenue, or operational efficiency.
- Strong end-to-end problem-solving mindset with the ability to connect technology and business objectives.
- Experience creating workflows using APIs, automation platforms, integrations, or lightweight coding solutions.
- Familiarity with AI tools, AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, or automation technologies.
- Ability to move quickly from concept to implementation and measurable results.
- Strong ownership mindset, initiative, and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Experience building internal tools or automation systems that became critical to business operations is desirable.
- Understanding of how sales, marketing, and product teams work together in practice.
- Comfort working closely with leadership teams and contributing to strategic decisions.
- Experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, analytics platforms, attribution systems, or data pipelines is a plus.
- Previous experience in startup or high-growth environments is desirable.
