Essential Functions
- Manages all aspects of complex projects throughout the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.
- Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated.
- Assists with the selection, negotiation, and managing of all activities regarding external consultants or vendors.
- Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
- Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks.
- Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.
- Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management.
- Monitors task completion status to identify at risk project tasks and to develop mitigation plans.
- Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when necessary.
- Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
- Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
- Discipline/Major: Business degree or related discipline preferred.
- Additional certifications: Project Management Certification preferred
- Knowledge, skills & abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Ability to build collaborative relationships. Detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines. Fit/Gap Analysis. Needs Analysis.
