Your job is simple:

  • Guide customers through the buying process.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Contact customers who have submitted online inquiries.
  • Respond quickly to calls, texts, emails, and internet leads.
  • Build relationships and earn customer trust.
  • Schedule appointments with prospective buyers.
  • Follow up with existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.
  • Work closely with our sales and management teams.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience from the first conversation through the vehicle purchase.
