Planning & Delivery Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Planning & Delivery Coordinator based in United States.

This role supports strategic execution by helping teams organize, track, and deliver important business initiatives effectively.
The position plays a key part in portfolio coordination, governance support, reporting, and operational planning activities.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain visibility into priorities, milestones, resources, and delivery progress.

Accountabilities:

The Planning & Delivery Coordinator will provide essential operational and coordination support to ensure initiatives are effectively planned, tracked, and delivered. This role requires strong organization, communication, and attention to detail to maintain accurate portfolio information and support effective decision-making across teams.

  • Coordinate intake processes and tracking activities for new requests, initiatives, resource needs, and delivery commitments.
  • Maintain accurate portfolio inventories, including initiative status, ownership, funding details, dependencies, and key milestones.
  • Monitor initiatives from initial intake through delivery transition, ensuring teams remain aligned on timelines, responsibilities, and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and status updates to support leadership reviews and portfolio discussions.
  • Track risks, decisions, action items, and progress updates to improve visibility and accountability.
  • Document meeting outcomes, commitments, and next steps to ensure teams maintain a shared understanding of priorities.
  • Partner with planning, delivery, product, and business teams to collect information, resolve gaps, and support governance processes.
  • Provide administrative and operational assistance to improve planning routines, reporting accuracy, and execution efficiency.
  • Help identify opportunities to enhance coordination processes and improve ways of working across teams.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with experience supporting projects, operations, reporting, or business coordination activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and confidence working with stakeholders across different functions.

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, program support, business operations, administration, reporting, or a related field.
  • Experience gathering, organizing, and tracking information across multiple stakeholders, initiatives, or workstreams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, reports, presentations, and operational documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience supporting portfolio planning, governance activities, initiative intake, resource planning, or delivery tracking is preferred.
  • Experience preparing leadership materials and supporting review meetings is a plus.
  • Familiarity with product, strategy execution, business planning, or healthcare-related environments is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, project management, communications, or a related field is preferred.
