Job Description

What You Will Do
Visitor Greeting: Act as the first point of contact at the Welcome Center, greeting residents, guests, and vendors with a professional demeanor.
Access Management: Process visitor passes, issue community ID badges, and update the resident gate access database.
Administrative Support: Answer multi-line phone calls, respond to emails, file paperwork, and distribute community information packets.
Resident Assistance: Answer resident inquiries regarding community rules, amenities, and event schedules, resolving minor concerns efficiently
Required Qualifications
Do you have at least 1–2 years of experience in a face-to-face customer service, hospitality, front desk, or retail environment? (Required)
Are you willing to undergo a comprehensive background check and drug screening? (Required)
Do you have reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance for all scheduled shifts? (Required)
High school diploma or equivalent. (Required)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word for daily communication and data tracking. (Required)
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit at a desk and operate a computer terminal for extended periods.
Ability to use hands and fingers to handle office paperwork, keyboards, and phones.
Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, and lift office supplies up to 15 pounds.
Clear vocal communication skills to assist visitors in person and over the phone.
Schedule Requirements
24/7/365 Work Environment: This position requires complete scheduling flexibility.
Shifts and hours vary, and regular availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required as the Welcome Center remains accessible.
