Our corporate office in Buffalo, NY is looking for an experienced IT Operations Coordinator.

The IT Operations Coordinator will assist our 33 branches by:

• Provisioning new iPhones and iPads for new hires
• Enrolling and managing iDevices on Microsoft InTune MDM
• Managing our Verizon Wireless account and iDevice recycling
• DocuWare license management and form building
• Physically inventorying our IT hardware assets in our ERP platform
• Administering our Granite VoIP system and all VoIP support issues
• Working with our printer vendor for support issues and keeping toner stock updated
• Configuring ADP Time Clocks for new branches
