MARKETING MANAGER in Livermore, California at Uncle Credit Union

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to help drive our brand, support organizational growth, and deepen member engagement through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that promote products, services, and organizational initiatives.
• Lead digital marketing efforts across web, email, social media, online banking, and advertising channels.
• Partner with business units to provide strategic marketing support and drive growth initiatives.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and regulatory compliance across all marketing communications.
• Manage marketing vendors, budgets, projects, timelines, and creative resources.
• Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics to optimize results and maximize ROI.
• Supervise and support up to one direct report.

What We're Looking For

• Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressive marketing experience.
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, marketing technologies, and digital advertising platforms preferred.
• Financial services or credit union experience is a plus.
