Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Paint Technician to join our growing Production Team. If you take pride in craftsmanship, have strong color-matching skills, and thrive in a team-focused manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.
Position Summary:
The Industrial Paint Technician is responsible for preparing, painting, finishing, and inspecting vehicles to ensure high-quality standards are met. This role requires attention to detail, technical painting knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Mix paint and related supplies to achieve precise color matching
Wet sand, buff, and prime vehicle surfaces
Prep vehicles including taping, masking, and scuffing
Stage and paint vehicles in designated paint areas
Load and operate paint booth equipment
Order and maintain paint and detailing supplies
Inspect quality of completed units
Maintain and detail built units prior to shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Collaborate effectively with team members across production
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven automotive paint experience required
Strong color-matching knowledge
Experience with body work and detailing
Automotive repair experience preferred
High attention to detail and quality
Positive attitude and self-starter mindset
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license required
High school diploma or GED required
