Job Description

People Development Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a People Development Consultant based in United States.

This opportunity is designed for experienced professionals seeking greater flexibility, autonomy, and control over how their career fits into their life.
You will work in an independent, people-focused capacity centered on meaningful conversations, relationship development, digital marketing, and personal and professional growth.
The role is particularly suited to professionals with backgrounds in leadership, human resources, learning and development, talent development, consulting, coaching, or client relationships.
You will connect with individuals exploring leadership and personal development and help them identify opportunities aligned with their goals.
The position combines established systems and training with the freedom to manage your own schedule, priorities, and daily activities.
You will also have access to ongoing leadership development, mentorship, and a supportive professional community focused on continuous growth.
This is a performance-based opportunity rather than a traditional salaried position, offering the potential to build income in line with individual results.

Accountabilities
  • Connect with individuals interested in leadership and personal development through established digital marketing strategies, systems, and communication channels.
  • Conduct structured introductory conversations to understand individual goals, explore potential alignment, and provide relevant information about available opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships through thoughtful communication, consistent follow-up, and a people-centered approach.
  • Apply established systems, processes, and resources while independently organizing your schedule, priorities, and daily activities.
  • Manage responsibilities proactively and maintain consistent follow-through in an independent working environment.
  • Participate in ongoing leadership and personal development training and apply relevant learning to your own professional and personal growth.
  • Build meaningful professional connections within a global community of individuals committed to leadership, learning, and continued development.
  • Take ownership of individual performance and activity while working within established frameworks and guidance.
  • Continuously develop interpersonal, communication, leadership, and relationship-building capabilities through practical experience and ongoing training.
Requirements
  • Bring 10+ years of professional experience in leadership, Human Resources (HR), learning and development, talent development, people development, consulting, coaching, client relationships, communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport, listen effectively, and lead thoughtful conversations with a wide range of individuals.
  • Have professional experience working with, developing, mentoring, or leading people in a professional environment.
  • Be self-directed, proactive, organized, and capable of managing responsibilities independently while maintaining strong follow-through.
  • Demonstrate sound professional judgment and the ability to work effectively within established systems, processes, and guidelines.
  • Show a genuine commitment to continuous personal and professional development and a willingness to apply new learning in practice.
  • Be comfortable working within an independent, performance-based income model rather than a traditional fixed-salary structure.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States or Canada; candidates from other locations may be considered depending on location and eligibility.
  • Be an experienced professional; this opportunity is not intended for students or recent graduates.
  • Demonstrate the discipline and motivation required to manage your own activities, priorities, communication, and professional development.
  • Bring a relationship-oriented mindset and an authentic interest in helping others explore leadership and personal growth opportunities.
Benefits
  • 100% remote work with the flexibility to work from home or another suitable location.
  • Flexible scheduling that allows you to structure your working hours around your priorities.
  • Choice of full-time or part-time participation.
  • Performance-based income tied to individual results, with no fixed salary.
  • Comprehensive training, structured step-by-step systems, and ongoing mentorship.
  • Access to leadership and personal development programs.
  • Support from an established global organization operating across more than 120 countries.
  • Connection to a supportive international community of professionals committed to continued growth and development.
  • Greater autonomy and flexibility compared with a traditional employment structure.
