Global Professional Services Partner Leader, Professional Services

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Professional Services Partner Leader, Professional Services based in the United States.

This is a strategic, cross-functional leadership role focused on building and scaling a global Professional Services Partner Enablement program.
You will own the program lifecycle and establish a world-class framework for partner excellence and service delivery.
The role combines operational rigor, governance, compliance, relationship management, and strategic program leadership.
You will work closely with global professional services, enablement, engineering, and leadership teams to align partner capabilities with business priorities.
You will help expand specialized enablement tracks across GSI, MSP, and SI partner ecosystems.
Your work will create the operational foundation needed to scale a global partner network effectively while maintaining high standards of technical proficiency and service quality.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional services leader who can influence senior stakeholders and drive complex global programs from strategy through execution.

Accountabilities:
  • Build, launch, and manage the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program, establishing a scalable and high-quality framework for partner excellence.
  • Define and enforce participation requirements, governance standards, and compliance processes to ensure partners consistently meet professional services and technical expectations.
  • Partner with global practice leaders, professional services leadership, enablement teams, and services engineering stakeholders to align program priorities with broader business objectives.
  • Develop and scale specialized partner enablement tracks across GSI, MSP, and SI ecosystems in collaboration with relevant partner and enablement teams.
  • Own the complete program lifecycle, including partner recruitment, onboarding, ongoing performance monitoring, compliance management, and continuous program evolution.
  • Build strong relationships across global and cross-functional teams to facilitate alignment, improve execution, and strengthen the overall partner ecosystem.
  • Establish operational processes and program structures that enable the partner network to scale effectively alongside business growth.
Requirements
  • 7–10 years of direct experience developing and managing Professional Services partner programs.
  • Proven experience building and managing partner enablement systems within a global Professional Services environment.
  • Significant executive-level interaction experience, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of global program lifecycles, governance and compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows.
  • Extensive experience working across diverse global teams and organizational boundaries, including GSI, MSP, and SI environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also welcomed.
  • Strong program management, organizational, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations, build alignment across stakeholders, and translate strategic objectives into effective operational programs.
  • Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
Benefits
  • US SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC, and Seattle: $172,800–$259,200 USD base salary range.
  • All other U.S. offices and remote locations: $155,500–$217,800 USD base salary range.
  • Eligibility for bonus potential and equity in addition to base salary.
  • Compensation within the applicable range is determined by work location and factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
