Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Englewood, NJ

Hours: Candidates must be available to work full-time Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, weekends, holidays, as needed. Specific weekend hours may vary based on patient and operational needs.

Pay: $85k - $93k per year DOE

The Registered Nurse functions as a dynamic member of the patient care team, providing education, coordination, and clinical support to fertility patients throughout their treatment journey. This role serves as a key liaison between patients and providers, ensuring seamless care delivery, patient understanding, and an exceptional experience from consultation through treatment.

What You’ll Do

Patient Care & Treatment Coordination

Coordinate the care, management, and treatment of fertility patients.Implement provider directives through the management of diagnostic testing and clinical treatment plans.Provide care in accordance with established RMA workflows, policies, procedures, and clinical practice guidelines.Review medical records and laboratory results, ensuring accurate information is documented within the electronic medical record (EMR).Communicate test results, treatment plans, and patient instructions in a timely and professional manner.Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation of patient care activities within the EMR.Patient Education & Support

Educate patients throughout all phases of their fertility treatment journey.Set appropriate expectations and provide guidance regarding testing, treatment options, medications, and RMA processes.Foster a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.Anticipate patient concerns, answer questions, and provide reassurance during treatment.Clinical Excellence

Demonstrate sound clinical judgment in implementing individualized plans of care.Perform nursing interventions and procedures as needed to promote patient safety and positive clinical outcomes.Assist physicians with in-office procedures as required.Team Collaboration & Professional Development

Participate in the education and training of nursing staff.Mentor peers and contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and productive work environment.Partner effectively with clinical and administrative teams across departments to ensure seamless patient care.Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license without limitations - requiredAbility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings. - requiredAbility and willingness to float between the Englewood and Paramus locations. - requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – requiredBCLS, ACLS, and/or IV Certification - preferredTwo or more years of practical nursing experience – highly preferredPrior experience in women's health, reproductive medicine, fertility, OB/GYN, or a related specialty - preferred
