Life Enrichment Specialist – $18/hr | Golden Years ADHC
Location: Lexington | Schedule: Monday thru Thursday 7am-3pm,Friday 7am-1pm, Saturday and Sunday 11am-3pm (45 hours)

About the role
Assist with safe mobility and transfers within the home as tolerated and directed.
Support with daily living tasks such as light personal care, comfort positioning, and monitoring for safety
Help with household chores including light cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a calm, safe environment
Offer companionship, social interaction, and emotional support to help combat depression and isolation
Communicate clearly and reliably with both the participant and office staff, providing updates and reporting any changes in condition

Qualifications

Experience or comfort working with individuals who have complex medical conditions and chronic pain
Strong communication skills and commitment to consistent updates and reliability
Ability to recognize needs, prioritize tasks, and take initiative in the home
Dependable, punctual, and professional in both appearance and behavior
Previous caregiving, home care, or life enrichment experience preferred
