INTIND
Care Coordinator Domiciliary Care Barnsley
25,000 basic salary
Plus on-call pay of up to 3300 per year (up to 28,300 a year in total)
250 monthly bonus based on service performance
Full time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Based at our Barnsley office S71 1HT
You can run a rota. Now get the staff to fill it.
Most coordinators spend their week chasing cover. At Routes, our in-house recruitment team recruits every care worker we employ, and we have zero agency use.
The role
You'll coordinate care across Barnsley using People Planner. Day to day, you'll:
- Schedule and coordinate care visits.
- Adapt rotas around staff availability, new service users and changes to existing care runs.
- Make sure care workers attend meetings, supervisions and training within CQC-required timescales.
- Support your Registered Manager to deliver a high-quality service.
- Take part in the on-call rota, around 1 week a month
What you'll get
- 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, and an extra day off for your birthday, from day one.
- Central HR, Payroll, Quality, Marketing and IT teams behind you.
- Digital Care Plans, so you're not chasing paperwork.
- Career development through Routes Academy, [with a route into Care Manager / Registered Manager roles].
- Pension scheme.
- Employee Assistance Scheme for wellbeing and financial support.
- Buy and sell Holiday scheme
What we're looking for
- At least 12 months' experience coordinating care and managing rotas in domiciliary care.
- A working understanding of CQC regulations.
- Strong organisation and communication skills, and the confidence to lead a team of care workers.
- A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
- An NVQ or Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care is a bonus, but not essential.
