Description:

Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time Managerial and Supervisor Training (M&ST) Training and Development Specialist at Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex, Montgomery, AL.

*This position is contingent upon award of a federal contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver supervisory and leadership development training programs.
  • Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, blended, and resident training events.
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend training solutions to address performance gaps.
  • Participate in all phases of the ADDIE instructional systems design methodology.
  • Facilitate workshops, discussions, and leadership-focused learning activities.
  • Grade coursework, evaluate learner performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Maintain course materials, lesson plans, and instructional documentation.
  • Support virtual classroom operations as instructor or producer.
  • Prepare reports and provide training metrics as requested by the Government.
  • Ensure compliance with CLDS, Air University, and DAF instructional guidance.
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Leadership, Management, Human Resources, Human Relations, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Behavior, or related field; or approved degree/experience equivalency.
  • One (1) year of online instruction experience utilizing LMS technologies such as Canvas or Microsoft Teams.
  • Two (2) years of supervisory, leadership, or management teaching experience.
  • Experience delivering in-person instruction and facilitating classroom workshops.
  • Completion of Academic Instructor Course (or equivalent) prior to assuming duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Federal civilian or Department of the Air Force experience.
  • Advanced degree in leadership, management, organizational development, or adult education.
  • Experience developing leadership curricula using adult learning principles.
