Position Summary
The Paid Media Associate will assist in profitable and diversified customer acquisition. A key liaison across teams and our agencies, this role is a key contributor to paid channel creative, performance, execution, and hindsight. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, this role will be data and metrics-driven while still contributing creative insights and ideas. Strong candidates will be highly organized and detail-oriented, skilled in creative research and development, and versed in best practices for performance media.

Responsibilities:

• Manage creative development, audience strategy, ad approvals, and performance measurement for paid media campaigns across various platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, Bing and affiliate networks.
• Daily point of contact with digital marketing agencies, ensuring they are up to date on goals, calendar shifts, creative delivery, etc.
• Create paid ad briefs and work with design teams to develop winning ad formats.
• Track and report on performance in partnership with the digital team on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Analyze user journeys and identify performance trends; Present concise and actionable learnings to creative and content teams.
• Translate campaign analytics into actionable growth strategies, proactively identifying demand generation and revenue opportunities.
• Execute A/B testing strategy that meets broader KPI goals and brand guidelines
• Consistently maintain a strong eye in the market for emerging channels and trends, selecting strong content for usage rights.
• Partner cross-functionally with brand, ecommerce, design, and retention teams to develop aligned content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
• 1-2 year’s experience scaling performance marketing channels, preferably in-house at a DTC, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brand.
• Highly analytical with a strong eye for luxury brand aesthetic and creative storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting data clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Google Ads & Meta Blueprint Certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Shopify, attribution or affiliate platforms is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Analytics
• Experience with DSPs/Ad Management tools for Facebook/Instagram, Google/YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Agile, highly organized individual with a knack for data and brand voice.

Westman Atelier offers a holistic total compensation package designed to support employees in all aspects of life, including a robust suite of health benefits, wellness perks, 401k, and paid parental leave. The base salary for this position will range from $70,000 - $80,000. Exact compensation may vary based on job related skills, experience, and location.
