Hofbräuhaus Melbourne has been serving up authentic Bavarian food, bier, and unforgettable experiences for decades. We are a high-energy, fast-paced venue where the steins are big, the schnitzels are legendary, and the atmosphere is always electric.
As we gear up for a busy season, we are looking for experienced Front of House Professionals to join our team on a Part-Time or Full-Time basis. If you love the thrill of a bustling dining room, thrive in a team environment, and know how to show guests a fantastic time, this is the place for you!
What you will be doing:
Delivering exceptional, fast-paced customer service with a positive attitude.
Managing dedicated sections, taking orders, and ensuring seamless dining experiences.
Running food and beverages (yes, including our famous 1-litre steins!).
Embracing and contributing to our vibrant, authentic Bavarian culture.
Assisting the management team in maintaining the highest standards of venue presentation and operations.
What we are looking for:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant, pub, or high-volume venue.
Skills: A current Victorian RSA, excellent communication, and the ability to think on your feet.
Availability: A flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, late nights, and public holidays (that’s when the Haus is at its best!)
Work Rights: Working rights in Australia (please note visa types/expiries in your application).
Vibe: A team player who doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves and having fun while getting the job done.
