This role supports the development and application of technical solutions for HVAC products, working closely with commercial and technical teams throughout the customer journey. You will analyze technical requirements, evaluate solution feasibility, and help transform customer needs into accurate and compliant product specifications. The position combines technical analysis, engineering knowledge, pre-sales support, documentation, and project follow-up. You will collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Sales teams to deliver integrated solutions aligned with customer and business requirements. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement, technical studies, and the evolution of application processes and tools. It is suited to a technically oriented professional who enjoys solving practical engineering challenges and working in a collaborative environment.

• Analyze technical requests received from the commercial team, identifying customer requirements and the appropriate solutions applicable to the relevant products.
• Develop flowcharts, calculations, technical specifications, and descriptive documentation using appropriate engineering tools and software.
• Provide technical support to Sales during the pre-sales process, contributing to the preparation and customization of commercial proposals.
• Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with applicable technical standards, customer requirements, and the available product portfolio.
• Clarify technical questions from internal teams related to product application, specification, performance, and technical characteristics.
• Perform simulations, comparative studies, and technical analyses to support the selection of the most appropriate solutions for individual projects.
• Support project implementation following the sale by providing technical guidance and analyzing any adjustments that may be required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, reports, technical documentation, and related databases.
• Monitor changes to technical standards, regulations, and market trends that may affect product application and solution development.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure integrated solutions that address customer and business needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives involving technical processes, tools, documentation, and application materials.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental, quality, and corporate policies.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, a relevant technology program, or another related technical field.
• Knowledge of applied mechanics and technical product specification.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Experience or knowledge of technical drawing and design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of technical standards and regulations applicable to products and engineering solutions.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly for technical documentation, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate technical requirements and identify appropriate solutions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills for working with commercial, engineering, product, and operational stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear recommendations and documentation for different internal audiences.
