  • Have hands-on experience optimizing or trading programmatic campaigns, including pacing, performance analysis, troubleshooting, and developing recommendations based on campaign data.
  • Possess a strong technical understanding of DSP workflows, campaign setup, bidding dynamics, pixels, quality assurance, and programmatic optimization best practices.
  • Demonstrate a track record of identifying process improvements and helping implement scalable solutions across teams and operational environments.
  • Bring strong curiosity and an interest in automation, systems, operational efficiency, and the continued evolution of programmatic advertising.
  • Have excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to establish accountability, coach team members, and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Benefits:
  • U.S. base salary range of $136,470–$187,647 USD, with final compensation determined by factors such as experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, education, certifications, organizational needs, and budget alignment.

  • Health benefits from the first day of employment.
  • Work-from-home reimbursement and a remote-first working environment.
  • Optional WeWork membership for those seeking an alternative workspace.
  • Robust training and onboarding, along with support for professional development through conferences, courses, books, and other learning initiatives.
