A Bake Manager is responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/her team to deliver operational excellence and following budget plan to control costs and expenses. They are responsible for the overall results of the bakers according to the Dunkin Donuts standards, LFO standards and in compliance with all applicable laws. Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment. Skill and coordination in using kitchen utensils and equipment. Ability to work overnights. Occasional day time meetings are required. Can foresee problems before they occur A leader and role model for the employees Previous managerial experience strongly preferred but not required Excellent leadership skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be able to work well with others and train bakers as needed.
