Position Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Adult Inclusion Worker and make a meaningful impact in our community- focused program. You will play a crucial role in promoting community integration, supporting families, and nurturing essential life skills. Your dedication will empower adults to develop communication, social competence, and appropriate behavior, fostering independence and enriching lives.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the selected candidate will assess clients' individual needs and develop tailored strategies to support their goals. You will collaborate closely with clients to implement these strategies in community settings, focusing on interactive activities that foster social learning and recreational opportunities. Additionally, the role involves active participation in team events and activities, fostering a positive team environment. Maintaining accurate records of schedules, expenses, and hours worked, as well as upholding cleanliness standards, conducting vehicle inspections, and ensuring confidentiality of client information, are integral responsibilities for maintaining safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position possesses strong interpersonal, counseling, and communication skills, essential for effective reporting and client interaction. They demonstrate excellent organizational and time management abilities, along with proficiency in general management practices. A solid understanding of group dynamics and facilitation techniques is key, as is the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. This individual excels at working independently, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple responsibilities, and meeting deadlines while maintaining utmost confidentiality and sensitivity to sensitive issues. We’re looking for energetic and creative team members who can bring enthusiasm and a positive, fun vibe to our work environment.
