Job Title: Director
Status: Part-Time (20 hours per month), Remote
Reports To: IAPC Board of Directors

Organizational Overview
The Indiana Association of Pregnancy Centers (IAPC) is a non-profit public benefit corporation dedicated to providing a network of support for pregnancy centers throughout Indiana. IAPC is the sponsoring organization for the Indiana Choose Life license plate, with proceeds benefiting member pregnancy centers. These centers offer free, compassionate, life-affirming services to women and men facing unplanned pregnancies.
Position Summary
The Director of IAPC is responsible for providing leadership, coordination, and administrative oversight for the association. This remote role requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to effectively engage with member centers, promote statewide initiatives, and advance the mission of IAPC. The Director serves as the primary point of contact between the Board of Directors and member organizations.
Essential Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and coordination for IAPC in alignment with its mission.
Attend and actively contribute to monthly Board of Directors meetings (virtual).
Maintain and regularly update the IAPC website with current and relevant information.
Facilitate timely and consistent communication with member organizations.
Manage and update content within IAPC’s private social media group.
Organize and promote collaboration opportunities among member organizations.
Coordinate all aspects of the annual IAPC conference, including planning, logistics, and promotion.
Promote awareness and sales of the Indiana Choose Life license plate.
Identify and implement opportunities to expand member benefits.
Maintain accurate, organized records of IAPC member organizations.
Coordinate annual membership renewal and quarterly member payouts with accountant.
Compensation & Schedule
Part-time, approximately 20 hours per month with flexible scheduling.
Compensation provided at an hourly rate, based on experience and qualifications.
Mileage reimbursement available for required duties at board approved rate.
Position is fully remote.
Requirements:Required Qualifications
A committed Christian, active in their local church.
Demonstrated commitment to the sanctity of life and the mission of pregnancy centers.
Proven experience in nonprofit administration, organizational leadership, or office management.
Strong office management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy.
Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Must have reliable internet access and personal equipment (computer, phone, etc.) to effectively perform job responsibilities in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in event planning and coordination.
Familiarity with website content management systems.
Prior involvement in nonprofit board relations or governance.
Background in marketing, communications, or public relations.
Experience with database management and recordkeeping.
History of Pregnancy Center employment or board service preferred.
