Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Partner Manager [Content: Founder management] based in India.
This is a high-impact business operations role supporting senior leadership across multiple global e-commerce brands. You will act as an operational right hand to a senior executive, translating strategic priorities into clear plans, ownership, and measurable execution. The role spans Creative, Performance Marketing, Content, Data, Technology, Partnerships, Finance, Talent, and Operations. You will identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and establish systems that help teams move faster and work more effectively. Success will come from creating clarity, accountability, and scalable processes rather than simply coordinating meetings. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to AI-powered workflows and automation in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and drive execution across multiple brands and initiatives.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring priorities, owners, deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables remain clearly defined.
- Own the end-to-end management of Statements of Work (SOWs), including scope, timelines, commercial alignment, delivery tracking, and prevention of scope creep.
- Coordinate execution across Creative, Paid Media, UGC, Content, Performance Marketing, Product, Data, and Operations teams.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and delivery issues, taking action to resolve blockers before they escalate.
- Establish clear accountability and follow up with stakeholders and teams to ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
- Build and improve scalable SOPs, playbooks, workflows, dashboards, and operational frameworks that increase efficiency and consistency.
- Support Talent Acquisition and department leaders with hiring, onboarding, and successful integration of new team members.
- Collaborate with Finance on invoicing, commercial tracking, project economics, and profitability.
- Support cross-functional planning and maintain visibility across strategic initiatives and business priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows through AI, automation, and technology-enabled operating systems.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and help create an operating environment that enables sustainable business growth.
- 5–8 years of experience in business operations, Chief of Staff, project management, business partnering, or operations leadership within a high-growth startup, agency, consulting, e-commerce, or similar environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, brands, business units, or workstreams simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of marketing operations, creative workflows, commercial delivery, and business execution.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing SOPs, operational processes, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and scalable systems.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills and the confidence to work directly with senior executives, founders, and cross-functional leaders.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing project timelines, budgets, SOWs, invoicing, or profitability.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to make decisions and maintain momentum in a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- High ownership mindset, proactive approach, and strong commitment to execution quality.
- Comfortable operating in an environment where priorities can change quickly and where independent judgment is expected.
- Experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, digital agencies, or consumer brands is a plus.
- Experience supporting founders, C-suite executives, or senior business leaders is advantageous.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Notion, Asana, or Jira is beneficial.
- Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or prompt engineering is a plus.
- Meaningful, high-impact work with direct visibility into business outcomes.
- High level of ownership and responsibility from day one.
- Close collaboration with experienced founders, operators, senior leaders, and functional specialists.
- Opportunity to work across multiple global e-commerce brands and diverse business functions.
- Exposure to AI-powered workflows, automation, and modern operating systems.
- A collaborative environment that values curiosity, initiative, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Competitive compensation and access to the tools required to perform effectively.
- Opportunities for professional growth and increased responsibility as the organization scales.
- Flexible, fast-paced working environment designed for individuals who thrive with autonomy.
- Inclusive workplace that values diverse backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, skills, and potential.
