• Execute text, call, and email campaigns to reactivate historical talent pools.
• Manage high-volume applicant flows across multiple time zones.
Screening & Engagement

• Maintain rapid text and email follow-ups to maximize interview show rates.
Coordination & Collaboration
• Schedule interviews following regional guidelines across KY, Southern, and DC territories.
• Monitor Slack and staffing sheets to identify branch vacancies early.
• Adapt workflows between high-volume outbound calling and digital gatekeeping.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1+ years in high-volume recruiting, phone sales, or customer service.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency with ATS platforms, SMS tools, cloud phones, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a strong, high-energy phone presence.

• Drive: Self-motivated and accountable for hitting daily targets and resolving bottlenecks.
Work Environment & Schedule

• Remote Setup: Quiet home office with a reliable computer, webcam, headset, and high-speed internet.
• Professionalism: Ability to work independently and maintain a camera-ready appearance.
• Hours: Core operating hours from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST/CST.
