  • Develop and maintain multi-year client technology roadmaps addressing infrastructure, cloud, security, lifecycle, scalability, and evolving business requirements.
  • Assess client technology environments to identify opportunities to improve performance, security, resiliency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with client executives and key stakeholders through recurring meetings, business reviews, presentations, and workshops.

  • Identify technology, cybersecurity, lifecycle, and compliance risks and provide recommendations aligned with applicable standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Assist clients with technology budgeting, forecasting, lifecycle planning, cost optimization, and prioritization of technology investments.
  • Provide strategic guidance for business continuity, disaster recovery, backup, and organizational resiliency.
  • Partner with Client Success, Solutions, Security, Engineering, Professional Services, and Service Delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and strategic technology roadmaps.
  • Serve as a strategic and technical escalation resource for CSMs/CSCs and other client-facing personnel on complex client technology needs and initiatives.
  • Identify strategic technology initiatives and service opportunities that address documented client needs and deliver measurable business value.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Minimum of eight years of progressive experience in IT leadership, technology strategy, consulting, architecture, or advisory services.
  • Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP), Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), or technology consulting environment is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with client business objectives and operational priorities.
  • Broad technical knowledge across infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, networking, business continuity, and modern workplace solutions.
  • Working knowledge of technology risk, cybersecurity best practices, and common regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including experience with technology budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, cost optimization, and investment planning.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships, priorities, and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across technical, operational, sales, and client-facing teams.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, or other industry-recognized certifications are considered advantageous.
