Family Law Litigation Paralegal – 5+ Years in Temecula, California at NedaLawyer, APC

NedaLawyer, APC is a family law firm representing business owners and professionals in high-asset divorce, custody, and support matters. We are seeking an experienced Family Law Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys through every stage of a case, from the initial petition through trial.

Professional Development and Support

$45 – $65 per hour, depending on experience

• Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, RFOs, and DVRO filings for attorney review

• Prepare and serve Preliminary and Final Declarations of Disclosure, including Income and Expense Declarations and Schedules of Assets and Debts

• Draft, serve, and track written discovery and subpoenas, and organize document productions

• Coordinate with forensic accountants, business evaluators, and other experts on high-asset matters

• Prepare trial binders, exhibit lists, and evidence for hearings, settlement conferences, and trials

• E-file and calendar deadlines and hearings in Riverside County Superior Court

• Communicate with clients to gather information and documents and to provide case updates

Required:

• 5+ years of family law litigation experience as a paralegal

• Excellent Motion writing

• Paralegal certificate meeting the requirements of California Business and Professions Code section 6450

• Working knowledge of California Judicial Council family law forms and Riverside County Superior Court procedures

Preferred:

• Civil litigation experience
