You will join a collaborative, remote working environment that values reliability, initiative, continuous learning, and long-term professional development.

Accountabilities:
  • Review, summarize, and organize medical, employment, business, and other case-related documents to maintain accurate and comprehensive legal records.
  • Follow up on outstanding document requests and damages-related materials to ensure case files contain the necessary information and supporting evidence.
  • Maintain and update the Case Management System, ensuring that case information, documentation, and progress updates are accurate and organized.
  • Analyze case records, identify relevant facts, support investigations, and prepare summaries that help attorneys assess case developments and determine next steps.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, and experts to obtain information, request documentation, and clarify case-related details.
  • Assist with mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation by organizing case materials, preparing damages summaries, and ensuring relevant documentation is available.
  • Track litigation and discovery deadlines, monitor case progress, and coordinate administrative activities to support timely case management.
  • Support litigation proceedings by coordinating service of process, preparing witness summaries, and organizing exhibits and supporting materials.
  • Draft discovery requests, prepare subpoenas, assist with discovery responses, and coordinate document production in accordance with case requirements.
  • Follow established procedures, respond effectively to attorney guidance, and proactively identify issues that require clarification or escalation.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience supporting litigation matters or working in a legal environment is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, attorneys, witnesses, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and maintaining complete records.
  • Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to review complex information, identify key facts, and support case-related decisions.
  • A professional, courteous, and client-focused approach, with empathy and discretion when interacting with individuals experiencing stressful or emotionally challenging situations.
  • Ability to follow instructions effectively while demonstrating initiative, asking appropriate questions, and independently managing assigned responsibilities.
  • Sound judgment in recognizing potential issues, prioritizing competing tasks, and escalating matters to the appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines, track multiple case activities, and maintain consistent performance in a structured, fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability, accountability, and a genuine interest in developing a long-term professional career within a collaborative legal support team.
  • Comfort working remotely, using digital tools to manage documentation, communicate with stakeholders, and maintain organized case records.
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time (EDT/EST).
Benefits:
