Everleap Fertility – Bedford, NH Full‑Time | 40 Hours Weekly Includes weekend and holiday rotation based on business needs

The Nurse functions as a dynamic member of the patient care team, providing education and guidance to fertility patients throughout their journey. The Registered Nurse serves as a treatment coordinator and strives to provide every individual an optimal patient experience.

• Assist with coordination of care, management, and treatment of fertility patients.

• Implement provider directives through management of diagnostic and clinical treatment plans.

• Provide care for assigned patients by applying appropriate workflows, policies, and clinical practice guidelines.

• Review medical records and lab results; ensure accurate data is entered into the EMR.

• Communicate test results and patient instructions.

• Provide patient education throughout all aspects of the treatment journey; set expectations and educate patients/couples on testing, treatment options, and practice processes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care services in the EMR.

• Demonstrate skills and judgment necessary to implement individualized plans of care; perform nursing interventions and procedures that promote patient safety.

• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support; anticipate anxieties, answer questions, and address concerns.

• Participate in the education and training of nurses; mentor peers and promote a collaborative, productive environment across departments.

• Assist providers with in‑office procedures as needed.

Required

• Active RN license without limitationsStudies level: LicenseStudies area: Nursing

Highly Preferred

• BSN DegreeStudies level: University Education (Bachelor’s Degree)Studies area: Nursing

Preferred

• BCLS and/or ACLS and/or IV certificationStudies level: CertificationStudies area: BCLS/ACLS

• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings — required

• 2+ years practical nursing experience — highly preferred

• Prior experience in women’s healthcare — preferred

• Microsoft Office proficiency

• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
