π©Ί What You'll Do- Analyze ambulatory ECG transmissions and accurately identify cardiac arrhythmias
- Review, document, and prepare physician-ready reports using cardiac monitoring software
- Monitor incoming transmissions and promptly escalate critical findings according to protocol
- Maintain productivity and quality standards in a 24/7 monitoring environment
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support patient care objectives
- Ensure accurate documentation and report completion within established timelines
- Maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing professional development
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Successful completion of a basic ECG course
- Ability to independently interpret ECG rhythm strips
- Minimum of one (1) year of healthcare experience
- Current CCT, EMT-B, EMT-P, RN, or comparable healthcare credential preferred
- Ability to obtain CCT certification within 90 days of hire if not currently certified
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced monitoring environment
- Highly detail-oriented and dependable
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Effective communicator with a professional demeanor
- Positive team player who contributes to a collaborative culture
