F&B / Club Floor Attendant in Washington, District of Columbia at Crestline Hotels and Resorts

Oak & Laurel at The Hoya Hotel at Georgetown is looking for a warm, energetic Food & Beverage Attendant to help create memorable dining experiences. You'll often be the first face our guests see, welcoming them, managing seating and flow, and setting the tone for their meal. This is a versatile, cross-trained role: depending on the shift, you'll also support our servers, keep the dining room looking its best, and pitch in across hotel food and beverage operations. If you like variety, teamwork, and staying on your feet, this is a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Greet and seat guests with genuine hospitality, and manage reservations, wait lists, and dining room flow
• Support servers with beverage service, food delivery, water refills, and guest requests
• Clear, sanitize, and reset tables quickly so the dining room runs smoothly
• Keep service stations stocked with glassware, silverware, menus, napkins, and supplies
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work
• Help out in banquets, room service, or other hotel F&B areas when business calls for it

What We're Looking For

• A guest-first attitude and strong communication skills
• Adaptability and willingness to learn multiple roles (host, server assistant, dining room attendant)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant setting
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for a full shift, bend and reach regularly, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently (occasionally more)
• Restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
