Job Description
Under the supervision of the Operations Support Coordinator II, the Training & Operations Support Lead I is responsible for developing, implementing, administering, and managing training programs for ECHO. The Training & Operations Support Lead will work closely with ECHO’s Quality Improvement & Program Integrity, Finance, Human Resources and Operations departments to ensure the training programs align with ECHO’s requirements.
The Training & Operations Support Lead will be responsible for creating and maintaining training records, monitoring training program effectiveness, and providing feedback to improve training programs.
The Training & Operations Support Lead will also support ECHO’s Day Support and Supported Employment Programs – Group Supported Employment and Individual Supported Employment – with administrative tasks.

Training Lead
- Develop, implement, conduct, and manage training programs for new hires and current employees
- Ensure training programs align with contractual statements of work
- Create and maintain training records
- Monitor training program effectiveness
- Provide feedback to improve training programs
- Work closely with ECHO’s Quality Improvement & Program Integrity, Finance, Human Resources and Operations departments to develop and implement policies and procedures related to training
- Collaborate with other departments to share best practices and training resources
- Stay up-to-date with new trends and techniques in training and development
- Provide guidance and support to Training Instructors, Project Managers, and Supervisors on training matters
- Systems Administrator for ECHO’s electronic health record (EHR)
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
Administrative Support
- Review start/stop times and attendance in ECHO’s EHR and payroll software for accuracy
- Assist Program Coordinators and Program Managers with Facesheets in EHR and audit for accuracy
- Conduct quarterly audits of notes, quarterly reports, and ISPs to identify opportunities for improvement, ensure documentation quality and compliance, and recommend additional training or support as needed
- Scan participant documents and upload into EHR
- Assist with quarterly progress reports for program participants in accordance with agency timelines and requirements
- Provide supervision to program participants to ensure health and safety as dictated by their individual service plans on an add-needed basis
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
Minimum Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the Human Services field plus a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience working in the Human Services field or the or equivalent combination of education and/or directly related work experience
- Extensive experience in provision of services to persons with disabilities
- Extensive experience in vocational and/or day support training of persons with disabilities
- Must possess valid driver’s license and driving record meeting insurance requirements
