We are currently looking for a B2B/Trade Marketing Expert, Americas who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the B2B Marketing Manager your focus will be on B2B Trade Marketing, Tradeshow and Event planning, and Brand Management and Sales Enablement. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for organization and proactive planning with your capacity for creative execution. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.
TRADE MARKETING
Responsible for the regional marketing execution of Lovehoney Group brandsB2B Trade communications and programs
Prepare, execute and report on regional marketing plans and budgets
Plan and execute B2B communications- emails, news letters, Retail Guides, maintain B2B Partner website, Creative Library, and Online Academy.
Create and implement regional B2B and B2B2C campaigns and promotions that contribute to yearly revenue targets and the overall growth of the brands in the Americas region
Manage regional advertising contracts with B2B and industry media
Track and report program budgets and results
EVENT PLANNING & TRADE SHOWS
Plan and execute trade shows and events in the USA and Canada
Create proposals for C-Level approval
Research and recommend venues, programs, entertainment etc
Act as a facilitator to bring stakeholders together for alignment and decision making as it relates to event planning and Trade Show planning
Coordinate contracts with external Vendors and internal Legal teams with exceptional attention to detail
Source and manage external vendors and suppliers
Track and report budgets and roadblocks
BRAND MANAGEMENT & SALES ENABLEMENT
Responsible for regional implementation of go-to-market plans for product launches using guidelines and toolboxes provided by Global Marketing
Collaborate with internal and external design and content experts to develop region specific creative assets for all touchpoints including print and digital POS merchandise, B2B training materials, in-store merchandising materials, sales presentations, webinars, OOH advertising, trade advertising
Work closely with Account Managers to develop customized marketing programs for key accounts
Ensure compliance of brand identity across all touch-points
Communicate regional insights, requirements, best practices and opportunities to Global Marketing
Manage, track and replenish inventory for point-of-sale and merchandising items
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or a similar agency or in-house environment, ideally within a fast-paced consumer, retail, or B2B business.
- Experience planning and executing trade shows, events, or other marketing programmes, with strong project coordination and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with Account Managers, Marketing, Creative, Legal, vendors, and external partners.
- A proactive, hands-on, and commercially minded approach, with a willingness to learn, take ownership, and support the growth of the brands across the Americas.
