Method Studio is looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our Raleigh, NC office. If you enjoy design, storytelling, and bringing ideas to life—and can keep multiple deadlines moving without losing sight of the details—we’d love to meet you.
You’ll work closely with Method Studio’s marketing team, architects, interior designers, and firm leadership to develop compelling proposals, presentations, marketing materials that showcase our people, projects, and culture. You’ll also play an important role in supporting business development, maintaining relationships, coordinating follow-ups, and helping keep the day-to-day marketing and administrative efforts of our Raleigh office organized and moving forward.
What You'll Do
Proposal & Business Development Support
- Assist and coordinate the development of proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, SF330 and SF254, qualifications packages.
- Print, assemble, and ship proposals and/or prepare electronic submission files as needed
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and firm leadership to gather information and create compelling, client-focused proposals and content.
- Research project opportunities, track pursuits, and support ongoing business development initiatives.
- Maintain marketing databases, systems, CRM information, project profiles, and client records.
- Help coordinate client and prospective client follow-ups, meeting preparation, and post-meeting action items.
- Provide general marketing, business development, and administrative support to help keep office initiatives, meetings, communications, and follow-up activities organized and on track.
Marketing & Communications
- Develop and update project sheets, staff resumes, qualifications materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Assist with content creation for newsletters, project ads.
- Ensure all materials align with the firm's brand standards, voice, and design quality.
Marketing Resource Management
- Maintain project photography, client testimonials, project descriptions, resumes, and marketing assets.
- Organize and update marketing systems to ensure information is accurate, accessible, and current.
- Support the preparation of award submissions and industry recognition opportunities.
Events & Industry Engagement
- Assist with planning and coordination of client events, industry conferences, networking opportunities, and community engagement activities.
- Attend networking events as appropriate and as needed
- Track contacts and follow-up opportunities resulting from events and relationship-building activities

Requirements:What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably within architecture, engineering, construction, design, or another professional services industry.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and creative professionals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign required or strongly preferred; Photoshop and Illustrator experience is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms and management tools is a plus.
- Familiar with the proposal process and AEC industry marketing is preferred.
