  • Partner with senior Client Services leadership on resource planning, team development, training, and new service offerings.
  • Maintain strong collaboration across scientific, client services, and other functions while managing risks, priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Extensive experience within a medical communications agency environment, with strong expertise across publications and medical affairs.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple complex client accounts and providing strategic counsel to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of publication planning and execution, medical affairs communications, industry standards, and relevant compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience leading and developing Client Services teams, including managing managers and/or multiple direct reports.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability management, SOW development, and account growth.
  • Experience contributing to or leading new business development activities, including proposals, pitches, and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, timelines, and complex programs simultaneously.
  • Experience using platforms such as iEnvision, Veeva, or comparable systems.
  • Strong client relationship management skills and confidence operating with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide strategic leadership while remaining focused on operational execution and measurable account outcomes.
Benefits:
  • $130,000–$160,000 USD annual base salary.
