The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while providing exceptional customer service. The Physical Therapist evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, and administers medically prescribed physical therapy interventions to restore function, reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent or minimize disabilities.

The Physical Therapist specializes in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with neurological conditions, amputations, and Parkinson’s disease, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote independence, improve quality of life, and support each patient’s functional goals. The role requires collaboration with patients, caregivers, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and effective care.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, Masters Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent for licensure.

• No previous work experience required.

• Current licensure in the state of Ohio and CPR certified.
