Experience with food/beverage inventory, managing costs and purchasing within budget guidelines.
Understands the importance of sanitation, cleanliness and organization.
Has a passion for delivering an over the top experience for guests.
Trains and motivates a team that consistently strives to exceed goals.
Focused on creating a loyal guest by delivering high quality food and creative cocktails by a friendly team.
Understands the importance of a happy team.
Has experience with executing Banquet and Meeting events.
